Finance Associate

As a Finance Associate at 1inch, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team’s operations and ensuring the smooth execution of financial processes. Note: This is not a remote position; it requires onsite work in the Dubai office.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the reconciliation of bank and crypto statements and other financial accounts
• Oversight of accounts payables & receivables
• Support the automation of financial processes and reporting
• Support the audit process, including the preparation of necessary documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, particularly in relation to inbound and outbound cryptocurrency payments, including preparation of control evidence
• Assist in opening new accounts with banks and crypto partners according to compliance procedures
• Provide ad hoc support to finance team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar area
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Proactivity and ability to provide new ideas and optimize processes
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Experience in blockchain/crypto industry is a strong plus
• Experience with accounting software package Xero and Dext software applications
