We are looking for a R&D Manager to join our team. You will have an opportunity to participate in developing state of the art security technologies, and benefit from high-level involvement in major projects that will significantly contribute to making our world safer and more secure.

Day to day Responsibilities:

• Manage 2-3 teams of developers, focused on software Solution Delivery.
• Work with global interfaces within Cognyte: Architect, Product, Project Manager , Customer Success Sales functions across the organization.
• Full responsibilities on recruitment, onboarding and mentoring new team members while increasing the performance and the quality of the existing ones.
  
  

Requirements:

For that mission you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science / software Engineering;
• At least 3-4 years’ experience as R&D Leader and 2 years managing managers / TLs;
• Background Professional experience with C# or / and C++ technologies;
• Working in a global environment
• Ability to manage pressure & setbacks .
• Strong customer facing experience
• Ability to initiate action, perform situational analysis and take impactful decisions
• Ability to adapt & respond to change in a very fast pace environment
• Willingness to travel abroad to customers upon need
• Fluent in English.

• Experience in Telecommunications domain (GSM/UMTS) /VoIP, 3G, 4G, 5G.
