IT Project Manager

What you will be a part of:

• Manage IT aspects of the project, ensuring effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the business project manager for seamless execution.
• Oversee technical concept development and implementation.
• Plan and coordinate T-test and UAT phases.
• Provide regular project status updates and monitoring.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to align stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Leverage agile methodologies, like Kanban, to boost efficiency and adaptability.
• Foster continuous improvement through feedback and iteration.
• Implement agile tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Support team adoption of agile practices and principles.
• Ensure successful project delivery and implementation.

What you need to bring to the table:

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with deep expertise in IT project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) and IT change management processes.
• Proven track record in developing and rolling out software applications.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organized, results-driven, and proactive work style.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal (B2 level or above).
• PMP certification.
• Willingness to do occasional international travelling (Germany).
• Be based in Portugal (mandatory requirement).

What is nice to have:

• Experience in the retail sector, particularly in the fashion industry.
• Familiarity with Clarity PPM.
