Role – BNPL Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Lead the design, development, and execution of the BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) product from concept to launch.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends.
• Technology Implementation: Collaborate with technology teams to ensure the BNPL platform is robust, scalable, and secure. Ensure integration with existing systems and customer platforms.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the BNPL product adheres to UAE regulatory standards and Central Bank guidelines.
• Customer Experience: Develop a user-centric approach for the BNPL product, focusing on a seamless and secure experience from application through repayment.
• Risk Management: Design and implement risk assessment frameworks for credit eligibility, fraud prevention, and customer default management.
• Performance Tracking: Utilize data analytics to measure product success, identify improvements, and optimize product offerings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, legal, compliance, and finance teams to align strategies and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
