Responsibilities
We are expanding our Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward new colleagues and leaders joining us. To support the team in Bulle (FR) Switzerland, we are looking for a Cyber Security Programme Manager. The scope of duties includes the following:
Leads internal and external teams of consulting unit, enables business value, provides strategic guidance and technical expertise, allocates specialists.
  • Support in developing cybersecurity strategy
  • Implement and oversee cyber security programme
  • Manage cybersecurity projects inclusive time, resources and budget
  • Manage Risk and Dependencies at Program Level
  • Monitor and report on program performance
  • Collaborate with business units and IT teams
  • Identify and prioritize cyber security initiatives

Competencies
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Project Management, or related field
  • 5+ years in program/project management and leading large-scale cybersecurity initiatives
  • Following certificates are preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (e.g. SAFe). CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certifications
  • English is a Must, German and French are a plus
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards
  • (especially NIST & ISO 27001)
  • Project management skills
  • Financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Readiness for global travel
