UI Designer (IND)

The Airties portfolio includes Smart Wi-Fi software, a cloud-based experience management platform with its companion app and data engine. Our company also offers expert, bespoke engineering and testing services.

We are seeking a talented and creative UI Designer to join our team. Ideally you bring expertise in mobile and web portal design, as well as experience in UI testing. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand image and engage our users enhancing their experience across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to turn complex ideas into beautiful and user-friendly digital experiences that helps meet our business goals.

What you will do:

Design Development:

• Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Create innovative and engaging UI designs for mobile and web applications.
• Ensure designs align with branding guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
• Skilled in accessible design for web, mobile, and data visualization, with expertise in WCAG standards and compliance with EEA 2025 regulations

UI Testing:

• Analyses user feedback and data to iterate and improve UI designs.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with UX designers to translate user research and insights into intuitive UI solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Collaborate on and maintain the design systems and guidelines.

Stay Updated:

• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI design and testing.
• Continuously seek opportunities to incorporate best industry practices into your work.

What you should ideally bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 + experience as a UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web portal projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar.
• Familiarity with UI testing methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail.

Nice to have:

• Experience with HTML, CSS
• Knowledge of JavaScript.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles.
• UX designer experience.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
