Senior Engineer (Physical Security Systems)

What You'II Do:

1. Design and plan for system replacements and upgrades
2. Draft and provide specifications for new system implementations, system replacements or enhancements
3. Support operations and maintenance activities, such as coordinating resources and planning schedule for preventive/corrective maintenance; as well as managing various stakeholders (including vendor) to fulfil business SLA
4. Ensure system compliance to cybersecurity requirements, such as performing periodic software patches/updates, and user access and logs review
5. Support various audit activities, such as reviewing and preparing ISMS documentation and participating in actual audits
6. Test and commission new system implementations and changes
7. Improve current system processes for efficiency and optimization purposes
8. Review operation/maintenance documentation and SOPs
9. Perform change management; and support annual BC/DR exercise and vulnerability assessment (VA) exercise

What You'II Need:

1. Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer or Infocomm) or equivalent
2. Minimum 8 years’ experience with engineering systems
3. Good understanding of industrial control systems and communication protocols
4. Prior experience in the areas of command-and-control system, video surveillance systems, intrusion detection systems, building access control systems will be an advantage
5. Prior experience in Security-by-Design (SBD) framework and principles will be an advantage
6. CCNA trained/certified or higher preferred. Prior experience in firewall management will be an advantage
7. Prior experience in Linux or Windows administration such as Active Directory (AD) will be an advantage
8. GICSP, CISSP, IEC27001 certification or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in cybersecurity audit and compliance will be an advantage
