Job Description

Randstad is now seeking on behalf of our client for a qualified and experienced HR consultant to provide expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive HR processes and concepts. The client is a medical, humanitarian organization.

About The Role

The HR Consultancy assignment is expected to last for 5-6 months on a full-time basis, with the goal of enhancing our clients human resource capabilities in key areas including resource planning, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms. The workplace is in Stockholm and there are opportunities to work from home about half of the time.

Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resources, or a related field
• Proven Experience in HR consultancy, conceptual work specifically in resource planning, learning and development, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of best practices in HR processes and organizational development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Preferable understanding of the issues that outline a humanitarian organization.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
