Job description:

• Tracking user experience in mobile banking app and detecting pain points of users,
• Mine and analyses data from databases to drive optimization and improvement of user experience and business strategies,
• Develop user data models and algorithms to apply to data sets,
• Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize user experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes,
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes,
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyses model performance and data accuracy,
• Report and trace any movement of user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial/Electronics/Electrical Engineering,
• At least 1-3 years of working experience,
• Knowledge of probability and statistics, machine learning techniques and advanced analytics. (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, causal inference),
• Exceptional in mathematics and analytical skills,
• Comfortable working with SQL and experience in main Python libraries for data science and machine learning,
• Data cleaning & wrangling, quantitative analysis
• Exploratory data analysis and model development,
• Knowledge of MS Office particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
• Possess strong problems solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
