Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Customer Analytics team within the Marketing and Brand Management department at Boyner Büyük Mağazacılık A.Ş.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics, customer analytics, and data analysis
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with MSSQL or other relational databases
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes
• Experience with the Azure cloud platform is preferred
• Experience with Python or R programming languages is preferred
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Big Query is a plus

Job Description:

• Analyze customer behavior, needs, and lifecycle expectations to support strategy development with accurate insights
• Provide actionable insights through ad hoc analysis and dashboards to aid business unit decision-making processes
• Ensure data quality and standards using SQL and Python; analyze the architectural structure of customer data (sales, membership, communication, etc.) and establish ETL processes
• Report on and monitor existing machine learning models
