Microsoft Solution Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of new implementation and support projects for Europe Market
• Evaluate customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O functionality.
• Solution design based on pre-sales study report and as-is requirements document and develops functional specifications and system design specifications.
• Efforts estimation experience. Validation of pre-sales solution overview and effort estimates.
• Identify and recommend product customizations and enhancements to meet client requirements. .
• Excellent product knowledge to be used to provide solutions to project teams in handling difficult mapping situations.

Experience:

• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O Cloud application. Additional experience in D365 Business Central would-be a plus.
• Has 3 full life cycle implementation projects in Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O latest version and at least 2 Upgrade/ migration project experience to latest version
• Experience of customer Support Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O latest version
• 15+ years of total experience including 5-6 years of Domain experience and minimum 7+ years on Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O. Having experience also in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Business Central is a plus.
• Has experience of customer projects for Implementation, Cloud Migration and Support engagements in Europe
