As a Product Designer, you'll play a crucial role in this model, bridging the gap between user needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design process within our continuous discovery framework, constantly seeking user insights and validating design hypotheses
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers in cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype and test new features
• Create intuitive, user-centric interfaces that simplify complex assessment processes for educators and learners
• Plan and conduct regular user research sessions and synthesize findings into actionable design decisions
• Contribute to our continuous delivery pipeline by creating design artefacts that seamlessly integrate with our development process
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics, ensuring our product evolves with user needs
• Champion design thinking across the organization, facilitating workshops and design sprints to solve complex problems

Experience

• Strong experience as a Product Designer in a fast-paced B2B technology or EdTech company. Previous experience in start ups and/or 0 – 1 environments would be desirable.
• Proven track record of working in agile, product-led environments with continuous discovery and delivery practices
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to simplify complex workflows and create intuitive user experiences
• Experience with user research methodologies and the ability to translate insights into design decisions
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with design systems and the ability to contribute to their evolution
• A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in the assessment space
