Junior Business Analyst (Regulatory)

We are looking for an Business Analyst, who will support our project team with the analysis and implementation of various regulatory financial market related initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

• Derive business requirements from regulatory guidelines
• Perform gap analysis to determine the applicable requirements
• Specify solutions to close the identified gaps and prepare business requirement documents and respective JIRA tickets
• Organise workshops and meetings with required internal stakeholders
• Conduct system and user acceptance testing and communicate the results to relevant stakeholders
• Analyse business processes and identify improvements

Your profile:

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the finance and banking industry
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a structured working style and practical hands on approach
• Ability to quickly understand complex problems and capability to develop straightforward solutions to solve them
• Ability to navigate in a challenging environment and work independently to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
