Full-time employee月額給与・想定年収月額31.5万円～43.1万円（住宅手当11,000円/月を含む） 想定年収538万円～741万円 賞与 年間3回（夏季、冬季、業績賞与・プロフィットシェアリング） 通勤手当 会社規定に基づき支給 残業手当 残業時間に応じて全額支給残業・休日出勤

Overtime, Holiday work残業10～20時間前後/月、休日出勤1～2回程度(代休取得可)、オンコールサポート月1-2回程度

Overtime: 10 to 20 hours a month, Holiday work: Once or twice a month (able to take alternative off)

On call: Around one or two times a month担当職務

Mission社内SEとして、生産システムを中心としたITインフラの運用管理とユーザーサポートを行う

IT Infrastructure and user support as IT Infrastructure engineer.仕事内容

Job Description1インフラエンジニアとして、VMware環境のサーバーメンテナンス(Windowsバージョンアップ、フル/差分バックアップ、トラブル対応、ハードウェア切替等)及びシステム障害時や定期会議での英語でのコミュニケーション。

Perform server maintenance in VMware like Windows upgrade, daily backup/restore, troubleshooting, hardware replacement and so on by English and Japanese. Attend regular meeting in English as IT Infrastructure engineer. 2インフラエンジニアとして、Ciscoネットワーク機器のメンテナンス(バージョンアップ、トラブル対応、設定変更、設定のバックアップ/リストア、ハードウェア切替等)及びシステム障害時や定期会議での英語でのコミュニケーション。

Perform network maintenance for Cisco devices like Upgrade, troubleshooting, change configuration, backup/restore configuration, hardware replacement and so on by English and Japanese. Attend regular meeting in English as IT Infrastructure engineer. 3インフラエンジニアとして、各種プロジェクトの遂行

Perform some projects as IT Infrastructure engineer. 4工場の自動化や省人化、改善活動のITエンジニアとしての推進、Microsoft 365などのツールの社内への普及推進。

Encourage Factory automation, Perform Kaizen activity as IT engineer.

Promote to use Microsoft 365 and some convenience tool for users. 5機材やライセンスなどの購入・リース手配、在庫管理、ライフサイクル管理

Administrative work like device/license management, inventory management, life cycle management and PO creation. 6ヘルプデスクのスーパーバイズ、MS SQL DBサポート、電話サポート等

Supervise helpdesk team, MS SQL DB support, phone system support etc.応募資格

Qualification 必須要件

Mandatoryインフラ構築・運用管理・障害対応(VMWARE, Windows Server, Ciscoネットワーク）経験3年以上

more than 3 years experience in infrastructure field like build, ops and incident (VMWARE, Windows Server, Cisco network) マニュアル等の技術文書やプレゼン資料の、ワードやエクセル、パワーポイントでの作成経験５年以上

More than 5 years experience in creating technical documents like SOP and report MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. メールの読み書きや会話において問題ない英語力、目安：TOEIC 700以上

English communication for reading , writing and conversation: TOEIC 600 or higher 歓迎要件

Better to haveプロジェクトマネージメント(タスク定義、進捗管理、コミュニケーション) 経験3年以上

More than 3 years experience in project management (task definition, status management, communication) IT系学部卒業者あるいはITIL/PMP等の資格保有者

Graduates computer science and/or ITIL/PMP qualification holders 外資系企業での職務経験

Work Experience At a Foreign Company 工場でのIT経験

Factory IT experience Microsoft 365などの経験

Experience with application tool like Power BI, RPA, etc.望ましい人物像
