A rare opportunity has come up for an experienced Data Analyst with experience in the finance industry to join an amazing Data Science & AI team, in a fast-growing, global investment company that is just opening its new office in Warsaw (the first in Poland)!

The company builds out an AI focused data enrichment capability from the ground up. Integral to our data management strategy, this role is pivotal to our mission of harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to transform our data management and analytical processes. As part of this position, you will work hand in hand with our software engineers to use AI technologies to enhance data quality, integrity, and usability as well as be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of data, ensuring it is accurate, consistent, and secure.

YOUR ROLE

• implement and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data quality and compliance
• monitor and improve data quality using AI tools, identifying, and rectifying anomalies, inconsistencies, and errors
• coordinate the integration of data from various sources, ensuring seamless and efficient data flow across systems
• work closely with a global team of investment professionals, data scientists, and engineering teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions
• utilize AI to enrich data sets, adding value through enhanced data attributes and insights
• maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, standards, and metrics
  
  

If You Are a Person Who

• has at least +5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related role (experience in a financial services or hedge fund environment is highly desirable)
• is proficiency in Python (pandas), SQL, ChatGPT, Snowflake, AWS S3, Redshift
• has high level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and analyzing data.
• gained strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
