YOUR CHALLENGE

• Identifying and representing stakeholder needs and acting as interface to run-the-bank as well as change-the-bank stakeholders
• Building and managing key relationships i.e., working closely together with Project and Program Leads on Operations requirements involved with a core banking system transformation
• Creating and representing the vision and roadmap for Securities Operations aligned to the function’s strategy and mission
• Communicating backlog items ensuring they are transparent and understood
• Assessing development and progression to remain in compliance with requirements
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven track record in the role of business analyst
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and taking a hands-on approach
• Highly committed and motivated
• Apprenticeship in Banking with/or higher education
• Several years of experience in Banking, preferably in Alternative Investment processing
• Proven track record in the role of business analyst
• Basic skills in database analytics
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and German (oral and written)
