Mid PPC Specialist (Display & Paid Social)

The Brand Communications team ensures that everyone inside and outside of Nord Security knows what takes place in our company. The team takes care of internal and external brand communications channels: from newsletters, website, internal & external events to social media and external media channels, executes employer brand communications plans, aligns marketing campaigns, establishes brand awareness, and builds online reputation.

Main Responsibilities

• Setup, manage & optimize campaigns on Paid Social & Display channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook);
• Maximize the performance of Nord Security’s employer branding and business suite campaigns through close collaboration with other teams;
• Make sure that results are in line with KPIs, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our results;
• Monitor competitor activities to understand the impact on our accounts and keep a pulse on the latest trends in the advertising industry;
• Embrace data-driven insights to make informed decisions, build better strategies, and share expertise on the best approaches for creatives;
• Develop audience strategies leveraging tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other ad platforms;
• Collaborate with the creative team to help create high-performing ad assets;
• Maintain budgets and ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and within allocated spend
  
  
  
  
  

Core Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Expertise in managing stakeholders at all levels: proven ability to engage, support, and influence stakeholders, fostering collaborative partnerships to drive project success
• Knowledge of system implementation: experience in managing tool or system implementation projects
• Knowledge of process mapping: experience in analyzing and mapping business processes to identify areas for improvement
• Strong ownership, commitment, accountability, and passion for what you do
• Ability to think strategically and methodically but execute flexibly
• Creative problem solver who is passionate about inventing new ways to manage business issues
• Hands-on and self-leadership attitude
• Interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a very dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines

Salary range
