What you'll do:

• Drive and lead the product design process from strategy to visuals within one of Heyflow’s key business areas which is in one of our Product teams.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers, and collaborate with important stakeholders across the organization.
• Transform complex and abstract challenges into well-articulated, tangible solutions with a strong problem-solving mindset and craft excellence.
• Use human-centered design methodologies and practices to elevate customer centricity within your team and among stakeholders (e.g., conduct workshops and strategic brainstorming sessions).
• Be an example as a thought leader in the organization to Product Designers and adjacent functions (Product Management and Engineering) on how to drive product excellence by design.
• Raise the bar for the quality of designs in the areas you work in.
• Help shape the culture and leadership of the growing design community at Heyflow.
• Mentor other designers and guide them through your work and best practices.
• Contribute to and refine the existing design system to ensure consistency, streamline component building, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

What you'll bring:

• Relevant experience and track record in leading and executing well-crafted design solutions for digital products.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in iterative product development cycles.
• Strong understanding and showcase of product thinking, storytelling, and design craft.
• A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual and interaction design skills proving your understanding of color, spacing, typography, and overall product aesthetics.
• Ability to articulate your vision, strategy, and design decisions clearly and effectively.
• Purposeful in making design decisions by integrating user, business, and technical considerations. Able to identify when to optimize for speed and when to focus on quality and detail.
• Skilled at prioritizing and executing projects to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• High level of self-awareness, a growth mindset, and the ability to take personal accountability in their work.
• You will have a competitive edge if you bring experience in no-code or AI-driven products, as well as evidence of high quality and polished visual design.
