Job Title: Assistant Product Manager

Location: Mumbai

Overall Experience: 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

● Product Strategy & Vision: Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and

improvements based on data, customer feedback, and business goals.

● Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use data analytics and customer insights to guide

product decisions. Be comfortable with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and

performance metrics.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams including data scientists,

engineering,and operations to bring product features to life.

● Customer Focus: Always advocate for the customer by deeply understanding their

needs, pain points, and behaviors. Drive improvements in user experience.

● Project Management: Lead projects from conception through to delivery and adoption. Ensure

on-time delivery while balancing quality and cost considerations.

● Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, emerging

technologies, and competitors' products to ensure the company remains competitive.

● KPIs and Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the

product’s success. Provide regular updates to leadership on product performance.

● AI Integration Opportunities: Collaborate with business/operations teams to identify opportunities for integrating AI/ML into business processes and product features. Understand and communicate the potential impact of ML-based solutions on business objectives.

Qualifications

● 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in related fields such as business analytics, data analytics, technical program management or software development

● Proven experience making data-driven decisions and analyzing complex datasets

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working across teams, understanding user pain points and translating it to product & data science requirements

● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically

Good-to-have

● Basic SQL familiarity Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Google Analytics or similar

● Experience managing cross-functional projects and dealing with non-tech stakeholders

● Experience working with data scientists

● A love of food (Yes, we have regular tasting sessions at the office!)
