Job Title: Lead Backend Developer

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 per year

Location: London

Start Date: January 2025

About the Role:

I am working with an exciting and innovative client who is looking to hire a Lead Backend Engineer to further develop and maintain their highly scalable Analytics solution for major enterprise retail clients

You will be responsible for managing and scaling the technology stack and processes vast amounts of data. You’ll collaborate closely with the CTO and developers to ensure high performance and develop new features. This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about data analytics and looking to progress towards a Head of Engineering position.

Must-Haves:

• Strong experience in Postgres and SQL.
• Some familiarity with JavaScript and front-end technologies.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for self-development.
• Commute to the London office at least once a week.
• UK Citizen.
