We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in analyzing and consolidating our client's three existing billing systems into a unified solution.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on billing systems and software integrations
  • Proven expertise with QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Stripe
  • Strong understanding of billing processes and data workflows
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and identify optimization opportunities
  • Proficiency in documenting requirements and creating acceptance criteria
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define clear, comprehensive requirements for a consolidated billing solution
  • Develop detailed acceptance criteria to ensure the proposed solution meets all business and technical requirements
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, system requirements, and functional specifications
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation of the solution
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in the consolidation process and propose actionable solutions
