Early Career Recruiting Coordinator
This role will support the Early Career (Graduates, Interns and Apprentices) Recruiting team. This position will require the incumbent to work with a sense of urgency due to the many competing and tight deadlines and therefore being organized and having the ability to multi-task.

Early Career Recruiting Coordinator
This role will support the Early Career (Graduates, Interns and Apprentices) Recruiting team. This position will require the incumbent to work with a sense of urgency due to the many competing and tight deadlines and therefore being organized and having the ability to multi-task.

- Maintain and update job descriptions; business summaries and program descriptions
- Oversee Job Posting, Panel Scheduling, First Screening, offer letters, University contracts and tracking of candidates
- Coordinate a high volume of interviews and logistics, including office visits, virtual interviews, video conferences, and debrief meetings
- Provide timely and professional communication to candidates and interviewers regarding interview scheduling, confirmations, and feedback
- Be responsible for generating and sending offer letters and managing the collection of new hire paperwork
- Be responsible for gathering contract signatures from both candidate and University and guarantee that those contracts are e-file accordingly
- Administer invoices/payments and reconcile monthly meeting credit cards
- Coordinate Background Checks to on-board students
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Good command of at least one European language (Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, German or French) on minimum B1 level
- Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to improve processes, create efficiencies and develop new skills across our diverse practice areas
- Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs
- Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- 1-2 years of coordination experience, preferably on a Early Career (Graduates, Interns and Apprentices) recruiting or professional services team
- Excellent Communication skills (written and spoken)
- Extremely organized and can help improve processes and streamline procedures
- Experience working in a support position within a high volume, detail-oriented environment
- Knowledge of web-based candidate tracking system and reporting (Workday a strong plus)
- Strong knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
