Data Analyst Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Document Organization: Ensure all data-related documents are systematically organized for easy access and reference.
• SQL Modification and Optimization: Modify and enhance existing SQL scripts to improve performance and visibility.
• Data Analysis: Utilize SQL to analyze data and extract meaningful insights.
• SQL Creation: Develop new SQL queries to support various data needs.
• BI Dashboard Development: Create and modify Business Intelligence dashboards to visualize data effectively.
• Dashboard Maintenance: Add new items and fix bugs in existing dashboards to ensure they meet user needs.
• New Dashboard Creation: Design and implement new dashboards to support business analysis and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Japanese and basic to conversational English (reading and writing with the aid of a translation tool is acceptable).
• SQL Expertise: Proven experience in writing and modifying SQL queries.
• Analytics Environment Experience: Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Amazon QuickSight, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in using communication tools like Outlook and Slack.
• Self-Motivation and Responsibility: A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Curiosity and Adaptability: A keen interest in learning and embracing new challenges.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with Python, VBA, or other automation tools is a plus.
