Java Technical Expert

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Expert to lead the design and development of robust backend systems for our products. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the technical direction of our systems while mentoring team members and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing overall solutions for core systems in projects, including application and technical architecture.
• Develop system interfaces, standards, and core module code for relevant domains.
• Address technical challenges and continuously optimize systems from an architectural perspective.
• Review technical solutions and code to ensure the implementation of architectural designs.
• Fully participate in the development process and take responsibility for delivery outcomes.
• Assist technical leads in guiding and training developers, identifying team bottlenecks, and enhancing team technical capabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Software or a related field, with over 8 years of relevant work experience; must have at least 5 years of architecture design experience in one of the following fields: finance, Web3, or risk control. Familiarity with cryptocurrency-related business is preferred.
• In-depth research experience in Java core libraries, such as Java 17 and Java 21, with expertise in multithreading, networking, virtual threads, large-scale distributed systems, handling big data, high concurrency, high load, and high availability.
• Familiarity with common Java ecosystem components and their design principles, such as Dubbo, Netty, Spring Boot, SOFABoot, MyBatis, etc.; understanding protocols like Raft and FIX is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with Linux operating systems, including file systems, locking mechanisms, and network programming; deep understanding of virtual machine principles and implementations, with strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Proficient in designing and applying distributed systems, with a solid understanding of mechanisms such as distributed systems, caching, and messaging. Expertise in microservices, database partitioning, distributed transactions, and middleware tools like MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
• Skilled in service performance analysis and optimization, along with the use of related tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-pace agile team
• Ability to speak Mandarin and English fluently to communicate with global colleagues and stakeholders.
