Focus: Data-driven transparency for all locations.

Location: Romania (Remote/Hybrid) Focus: Data Analytics and Compliance

Your Responsibilities:

• Dashboarding: Development and maintenance of performance dashboards in ServiceNow and Skywise.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting ticket audits to monitor data quality and process compliance.
• Data Analysis: Creation of ad-hoc analyses to identify cost drivers and inefficiencies.
• Process Support: Providing assistance to German locations in measuring cost reduction measures.
  
  

Your Profile:

• Strong analytical skills and experience in handling large data volumes.
• Proficient in ServiceNow Reporting and Skywise.
• Detail-oriented working style and understanding of IT service structures.
