Role Overview:
As a Senior Agile Coach, you will partner closely with trainers, coaches, and leadership to drive agile adoption, foster continuous improvement, and embed foundational practices across multiple teams. Your focus will be on implementing and reinforcing agile values, principles, and frameworks during focused 12-week transformation cycles, ensuring sustainable change and measurable outcomes. This role involves working in a dynamic environment, transitioning from foundational coaching to deeper capability development.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with organizational transformation coaches and leadership to co-design and deliver Agile training for executive and senior teams.
• Support teams in applying agile practices within their day-to-day work, ensuring concepts are translated into lasting improvements.
• Lead focused 12-week coaching cycles with up to three teams at a time, guiding them through adopting the transformation baseline.
• Measure and track the impact of coaching interventions, establishing clear success metrics, and demonstrating continuous progress.
• Identify further development opportunities after the baseline is embedded, deepening agile capabilities within teams and leadership.
• Work closely with trainers, internal coaches, and the broader agile community to align practices and share insights.
• Contribute to communication strategies, creating materials, templates, and content for ongoing change management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5-8 years of experience in agile coaching, including extensive experience working with product, engineering, or delivery teams.
• Proven ability to develop and execute coaching plans aligned with current and target states; capable of conducting root cause analysis to drive sustainable behavior change.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience delivering engaging training sessions.
• Deep understanding of agile values, principles, frameworks, and methodologies, including scaled facilitation techniques like Liberating Structures.
• Demonstrated success in leading organizational change programs, with experience in agile transformations.
• Preferred: background in product and engineering environments, certifications such as CSM or SAFe Agilist.
