Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Lawyer role based in Riga, with flexibility for some work from home. The Lawyer will review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including agreements with sports betting operators, technology providers, and other partners. The role involves advising on regulatory and compliance matters related to online gambling, data protection, licensing, and risk management. The Lawyer will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product, technology, and business development teams, to ensure that business initiatives align with applicable legal requirements. Additional responsibilities include monitoring legal and regulatory changes, managing legal documentation and processes, supporting dispute resolution when necessary, and contributing to internal policies and best practices.

Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of commercial, corporate, and contract law, preferably with experience in technology, gaming, or online gambling sectors.
- Experience managing regulatory and compliance matters, including data protection, licensing, and risk management in a cross-border environment.
- Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents in clear, precise English.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues, provide practical business-oriented advice, and support decision-making under time constraints.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, hybrid work environment.
- Law degree from an accredited institution and eligibility to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction; prior in-house or sports betting/gaming industry experience is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical and non-discriminatory practices.
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages are considered a plus.
