User Experience Designer – ERP Redesign

This role focuses on transforming the user interface and experience of ERP solutions tailored for Finnish pharmacies. The successful candidate will lead the redesign of existing products, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with the needs of pharmacy professionals. Working in a hybrid model based in Helsinki, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to conduct user research, analyze workflows, and implement design improvements that enhance usability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end redesign of ERP product interfaces, from research and ideation to prototyping and final design
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and pharmacy stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that address user needs and business goals
• Ensure design consistency and accessibility across all product touchpoints
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving requirements
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer, ideally with a focus on complex software or ERP systems
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design and user research
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions
• Familiarity with the healthcare or pharmacy sector is a plus
• Based in Helsinki or able to work in a hybrid model (on-site and remote)
