Required: ServiceNow certified administrator / Application Developer

·Knowledge of domain separated environment

·Experience and capability to do ServiceNow development:

o Scripting

o Flow & workflow development

o Integrations

o Service portal development

·Capable to convert business requirements to ServiceNow design and implementation tasks

·Experience for working with databases and using SQL syntax

·Extensive knowledge for working with CMDB

·Knowledge to work for with highly customized ServiceNow instance

·Co-location service knowledge

·ITSM and CSM process experience

·Jira knowledge
