This isn't enterprise software. You’ll encounter difficult engineering problems rather than building business applications.

You'll work on:

• High-performance C++ development
• Platform architecture and scalability
• Cross-platform software (Windows & Linux)
• Performance optimisation
• Reliability under live broadcast conditions
• AI-assisted development workflows.

What you'll do

• Design, build and optimise modern C++ software
• Develop new platform capabilities and core services
• Improve platform performance, scalability and reliability
• Contribute to architectural decisions and solve complex technical problems
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate software development, debugging, testing and code quality while maintaining robust engineering standards
• Collaborate with AI Engineering, QA and Operations teams.

You'll bring:

Essential

• Strong commercial experience with modern C++
• Excellent software architecture fundamentals
• Windows and/or Linux development experience
• Experience building scalable software platforms
• Git and modern engineering practices
• Experience using AI coding tools as part of your daily development workflow to accelerate coding, debugging and test generation while maintaining high-quality, production-ready software.

Desirable

• Experience with AWS, video processing, graphics, networking or broadcast technology,
