🚀 We are hiring: Senior Scrum Master – IT Continuity (Brussels)

Are you an experienced Scrum Master passionate about Agile transformation, team coaching, and IT resilience? We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support two Agile squads within the IT Continuity domain of Service Availability & Resilience.

📍 Location: Brussels | Hybrid

Your role:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Coach Agile teams and stakeholders to maximize value delivery.
• Support backlog management and Product Owner activities.
• Remove impediments and help teams become more autonomous.
• Drive continuous improvement, collaboration, and Agile best practices.
• Monitor team progress, capacity, velocity, risks, and issues.

Your profile:

✅ 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

✅Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (Rally)

✅Understanding of tooling on automated unit testing, automated functional testing and continuous integration tooling

✅Sound knowledge of IT Infrastructure

✅Sound knowledge of project management methodology

✅Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Kanban)

✅ Experience in IT Continuity, DR exercises, DORA knowledge is a plus

✅ Strong communication, facilitation, and servant-leadership skills

✅ Fluent English and good knowledge of Dutch or French
