Senior Java Full Stack Developer

NextChain Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join a large enterprise project developing and maintaining business-critical applications in an Agile environment.

• Develop new application features
• Analyse and resolve software defects
• Write automated tests (TDD)
• Update technical documentation
• Deliver new software releases
• Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies
• Ensure development complies with CENELEC EN 50128 standards and established development guidelines

• 10+ years of Java development experience
• Java 17+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security
• Hibernate ORM
• Angular 18+, PrimeNG, NX Workspace
• Maven, Gradle, GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory
• Oracle, PostgreSQL or MySQL
• REST APIs, Microservices, Kafka and/or MQ
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Hexagonal Architecture and Object-Oriented Design
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Experience collaborating with Figma is an advantage

• Native Dutch or French speaker (mandatory)
• Good command of English (B2+)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative
• Able to quickly integrate into an Agile team and work in a complex business environment
