Job Summary
We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer with 2+ years of professional experience to create engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality design assets for social media, email marketing, and web platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external vendors when necessary
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains modern and competitive
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and performance data
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a mastery of typography, layout, and color theory
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience designing for a digital-first environment with a solid understanding of social media formats
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate the "why" behind design decisions
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and Figma
- Experience in photography or art direction
