Senior Product Designer (Remote – LATAM)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of a fast-growing digital marketplace used by hundreds of thousands of users. You'll work on complex, real-world product challenges, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to design intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user experiences.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll own the design process from discovery through delivery, helping transform ambiguous problems into elegant, user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new product initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Transform product opportunities into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Conduct user research and synthesize findings into actionable design decisions.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering to validate ideas and reduce implementation risks.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Consider edge cases, operational workflows, and complete user journeys—not only primary scenarios.
• Produce clear documentation and design specifications for development teams.
• Support implementation by collaborating with engineers and ensuring design quality throughout development.
• Improve design consistency, interaction patterns, and overall user experience across the product.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to increase productivity, creativity, and execution speed.
• Contribute to design culture, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design experience designing digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, interaction design, and end-to-end product thinking.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma.
• Experience creating prototypes and interactive user flows.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of product strategy and user-centered design methodologies.
• Ability to solve ambiguous product problems with structured thinking.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers.
• Practical experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Figma AI, etc.) within the design workflow.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• High level of ownership, curiosity, and accountability.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in marketplace products, SaaS, consumer applications, or B2C platforms.
• Experience designing products with multiple user types.
• Knowledge of Design Systems and accessibility best practices.
• Experience working in agile product teams.
• Passion for sports, marketplaces, or community-driven products.
