Product Manager - Integrations

We’re hiring a Product Manager for a rapidly growing technology company that helps businesses streamline complex operational and financial workflows. This is an opportunity to own a highly visible product area that sits at the intersection of automation, business systems, customer experience, and platform scalability.

The organization is investing heavily in its next phase of growth and is looking for a product leader who enjoys solving complex problems, working across multiple stakeholders, and driving measurable business outcomes. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to build products that remove friction from critical business processes and create value for customers.

This is not a requirements-gathering or backlog-management role. They're looking for a strategic product manager who can identify opportunities, influence direction, and own product outcomes from discovery through delivery. You'll play a key role in shaping how customers interact with business-critical workflows while helping drive the long-term product vision.

If you enjoy operating in fast-paced environments, navigating ambiguity, and building products that solve real-world operational challenges, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact.

What You'll Be Doing Core Focus

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for business process automation and platform ERP integrations - accounts payable/receivable
  • Identify opportunities to simplify operational and financial workflows for customers
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define scalable solutions and prioritize product investments
  • Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand pain points and validate product opportunities
  • Establish success metrics and use data-driven decision making to guide product direction
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across technical, operational, and business teams

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead product initiatives from concept through launch and ongoing optimization
  • Conduct customer discovery, stakeholder interviews, and market research
  • Define product requirements, user journeys, and success metrics
  • Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and strategic objectives
  • Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to expand platform capabilities
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–7 years of product management experience within B2B SaaS, fintech, technology, or software environments
  • Demonstrated success owning product strategy and roadmap for complex products or platforms
  • Experience working with business systems, workflow automation, integrations, or operational technology solutions
  • Strong customer discovery and problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform product decisions
  • Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data flows, and modern software platforms
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, design, operations, legal, compliance, and commercial teams
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to support product research, analysis, planning, or execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with a high degree of ownership and autonomy

Nice to Have

  • Experience launching new products, platforms, or capabilities from concept to market
  • Background in workflow automation, business systems, platform products, or financial technology
  • Experience serving small and medium-sized business customers
  • Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and third-party integrations
  • Exposure to user experience design principles and product discovery frameworks
  • Experience working in highly regulated or compliance-focused industries
