Agile Delivery Lead / Senior Scrum Master

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead / Senior Scrum Master to lead a globally distributed team across Development, Support, and Implementation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Agile delivery, continuous improvement, and building high-performing teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

• Proven experience leading or coordinating cross-functional Agile teams.
• Strong experience working with globally distributed teams across different time zones.
• Demonstrated success in improving Agile delivery processes and project outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and value-driven delivery practices.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Experience working within the Sales domain.
• Experience implementing Lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
