We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join a cross‑functional agile team working on next‑generation software quality and analytics solutions that enable data‑driven decision making, improved software reliability, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies impacting product and process performance

Integrate and correlate data from multiple sources, including vehicle data, diagnostics, telemetry, and external datasets

Apply advanced analytical techniques such as statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling

Perform forecasting and predictive analysis to support proactive quality initiatives

Explore and analyze contextual data, including environmental conditions and usage patterns

Translate complex analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Collaborate closely with software development and quality teams to turn insights into actionable improvements

Contribute to the continuous evolution of analytical methods, tools, and data science practices within the organization

What You Bring

Experience in Data Science, Data Analysis, or a similar analytical role

Strong skills in handling large and complex datasets, including data cleaning, structuring, and transformation

Solid knowledge of statistics and analytical methods

Experience working in cross-functional teams within dynamic environments

Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders

Hands-on experience with:

Python, R, SQL, or similar data science and analytics tools

Machine Learning and AI techniques for pattern recognition, prediction, and trend analysis

Data modeling and analytical frameworks for solving complex business and technical problems

Large-scale data analysis, data preparation, and data transformation

Forecasting and predictive analytics

Nice to Have

Experience within software, automotive, or quality domains

Knowledge of software development processes

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Experience working with cloud-based data platforms

Familiarity with diagnostics data and external data source analysis
