We are looking for a Jira Product Owner to lead migration of our Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
This role extends beyond basic administration. You will define how the Atlassian platform enables and supports our engineering, operations, and business teams. You will be responsible for designing scalable workflows, implementing automation and integrations, strengthening service management capabilities, and shaping the long-term roadmap of our Jira environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own and evolve Jira platform roadmap and lifecycle.
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices across projects and configurations.
- Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security.
- Design and maintain workflows, automation, permissions, dashboards, and integrations.
- Lead development of advanced solutions, including plugins and integrations.
- Drive Jira Service Management capabilities (incident, request, problem, change).
- Manage stakeholders, align requirements, and ensure platform adoption across teams.
We are looking for a colleague who has:
- 2+ years’ experience with Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management).
- Hands-on experience with Jira platform migrations.
- Strong expertise in designing workflows, automation, schemes, dashboards, and integrations.
- Must have hands-on experience with Jira Software
- Experience implementing or supporting ITSM / ITIL processes in Jira Service Management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
Technical experience:
- Knowledge of JQL and reporting within Jira.
- Experience with Atlassian Automation, REST APIs, and integration design.
- Knowledge of cloud administration and security best practices.
