Junior Corporate HR Generalist

Mapei is looking for a Corporate Junior HR Generalist to join our Corporate HR team in Milan, within an international and dynamic environment.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Support Corporate HR operations and the management of HR processes across the Group.
• Manage and review General Managers’ expense reports through SAP Concur, ensuring compliance with Corporate policies and procedures.
• Provide support to business users on HR systems and assist in resolving operational issues.
• Support global mobility activities, including visa and immigration processes, A1 certificates, Posted Worker notifications, and travel-related documentation.
• Assist in the management of recruitment processes through Oracle HCM, ensuring alignment with Corporate HR guidelines.
• Support HR systems activities, data quality monitoring, reporting, and process standardization.
• Participate in Corporate HR projects related to digitalization, process improvement, and HR initiatives.

🎯 What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, or HR Administration.
• Fluent English.
• Familiarity with HRIS or ERP systems (SAP Concur, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms is a plus).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
