How you'll make an impact?

You'll

• Build a high-quality mobile application used by tens of thousands of customers.
• Design, develop and deliver new features - from idea to production.
• Influence technical decisions and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Software and Quality Engineers in a cross-functional product team.
• Improve engineering practices, code quality and development processes.
• Review code, share knowledge and support the growth of other engineers.
• Continuously improve application performance, reliability and user experience.
• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD and engineering excellence.
  
  

This role is for you if you...

• Have several years of experience developing native mobile applications with Flutter (cross-platform), Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android).
• Have experience in, or a willingness to learn, back-end development to support API integrations consumed by the mobile application.
• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
• Understand software architecture and modern engineering principles.
• Enjoy solving complex technical challenges.
• Have experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.
• Take ownership and proactively improve both the product and the way your team works.
• Care about the whole customer experience - not just your own code.
• Enjoy collaborating, giving feedback and helping other engineers grow.
  
  

Experience in banking, fintech or other highly regulated industries is a plus - but it's not required.
