Business Analyst – Trading & Investment

Job description:

• Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
• Passionate about banking and financial markets, with a focus on regulatory reporting, compliance, and knowledge of crypto trading.
• Experience in business analysis, with proven experience conducting impact analysis on regulatory reporting, documenting internal procedures, and producing high-quality documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess impacts across systems, processes, and regulations.
• Overall knowledge of major banking regulations requiring regulatory reporting, including:
• MICAR
• MiFID
• EMIR
• Transaction Reporting
• AML
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and gather requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Experience training and supporting Back Office and Customer Service teams on new procedures.
• Good knowledge of testing and validation techniques.
• Ability to understand developers' way of working and communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Autonomous, with the ability to define and drive actions end-to-end.
• Proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch language
