Interior Architect & Product Designer Medior

We’re looking for a Medior Product Designer to join our Product team and help define the physical identity of Cohabs across our 9 cities: Brussels, Paris, Marseille, London, Madrid, Milan, Luxembourg, New York and Washington.

You’ll be the link between creative vision and operational execution: turning ideas into scalable design solutions, improving our spaces, and ensuring the Cohabs experience remains consistent and inspiring as we grow.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work across Product, Space Design, Project Management, Property and Community teams.

• Design and develop product collections (furniture, lighting, carpentry, decoration) aligned with Cohabs’ DNA
• Create design guidelines, standards and technical documentation to support scalable execution
• Transform member feedback, field insights and data into meaningful product improvements
• Support refresh projects and ensure product quality across our portfolio
• Visit our houses, identify opportunities, and bring teams together around a shared vision
• Help shape the future of Cohabs’ product strategy with the VP Product Design

You are a designer who loves both creativity and execution. You can move from a concept idea to a technical drawing, from a moodboard to a real space.

You have:

• A background in interior design, architecture or product design
• Experience designing or sourcing furniture, lighting, materials or spatial elements
• Strong attention to detail and a sharp aesthetic eye
• The ability to balance design ambition, functionality and budget constraints
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and the confidence to influence different teams

You are:

• A natural connector who enjoys working with diverse profiles
• Curious, entrepreneurial and comfortable with ambiguity
• Open to feedback and always looking for ways to improve
• Fluent in French & English
• Willing to travel regularly across Europe and occasionally to the US

• A strategic role with a direct impact on the evolution of Cohabs’ product
