Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with extensive experience in IP networking, virtualization technologies, and network security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OpenStack and VMware, along with proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible and Puppet. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage and optimize network infrastructure while ensuring security compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Utilize OpenStack and VMware for virtualization and cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible and Puppet to streamline network operations.
• Conduct regular security assessments and implement necessary measures to protect network assets.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support network related projects and initiatives.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network issues.
• Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Mandatory Skills:

• IP Networking
• OpenStack

• Cisco IPDS

• Strong understanding of coding and scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HCI (Hyper Converged Infrastructure)
• Openshift

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in network engineering
• Proven track record of managing complex network environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
