About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in Human Resources.

As an HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, employee records, and engagement initiatives. Working closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations while gaining exposure to various aspects of human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Support employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes. - Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Assist with HRIS data entry, record updates, and report generation.
  • Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and internal events. Support payroll by ensuring employee information is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Assist with general HR administration and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the HR profession.
