Full Stack Developer

£80,000 – £100,000 + Equity

What you’ll do

• Own features end-to-end, from idea to production and iteration
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership to shape direction—not just deliver requirements
• Build scalable, high-performance systems used by a growing international user base
• Contribute to architectural decisions as the platform evolves

What you bring

• Strong full stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React
• Cloud expertise (ideally AWS) in production environments
• A product mindset: you think in terms of user impact, trade-offs, and outcomes
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and ship high-quality solutions
• Experience with event-driven architecture (nice to have)
