Job description:
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions. HR Specialist responsibilities include a good understanding of recruitment, monitoring employees' monthly KPI Submissions & reports, attendance management, setting up company policies, maintaining updated employee records and solid knowledge of Oman labour laws. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations
- Source CVs and schedule interviews
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly
- Handling Attendance Management
- Conduct background checks
- Assist in onboarding and training management
- Manage employee KPI
- Sharing targets and manage records
- Draft letters (Offer letters, warning letters, termination letters)
- Perform other HR activities
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in Oman labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
Requirements and skills:
- 3 years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment including Oman
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Expert in HR software (ERP and SAP)
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
- Strong understanding of local labor laws related to HR
- Omani nationals only
- Age should not be more than 35 years
