About the Role

As a UX/UI Design Intern, you'll collaborate with our design and product teams to:

 Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for web products

 Improve the user experience of our AI interview platform

 Conduct and support user research and translate insights into design decisions

 Use AI tools actively in your design process — how you use them is up to you, but fluency is expected

 Work cross-functionally with engineering and marketing to bring features to life

Who You Are

 A student or recent graduate in design or a related field

 Familiar with Figma (or other design tools) and UX best practices

 AI-native — you use AI in your workflow and are excited to keep pushing that

 Curious, self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable figuring things out independently

 Passionate about intuitive, human-centered design
