DigiFT operates as a smart contract-based, non-custodial platform, serving accredited and institutional investors across Singapore and Hong Kong.
Role Description:
We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Partnership Manager to join our fast-moving team. This is a unique opportunity to establish your name in Web3 finance while directly contributing to DigiFT’s revenue growth in Hong Kong and Singapore.
You’ll lead go-to-market strategies, customer acquisition, and partner relationships for DigiFT’s regulated digital asset offerings. The role comes with full ownership of your pipeline and initiatives, supported by marketing, product, and operations functions.
We’re seeking a self-starter with strong B2B sales acumen, the ability to bridge traditional finance and Web3, and a proven track record of converting institutional or accredited leads into revenue. You’ll also represent DigiFT at key events and conferences to build awareness and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage your own pipeline of institutional and accredited clients
- Contribute to overall sales strategy and business development planning
- Lead client engagement from first touchpoint through onboarding and account management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and compliance
- Represent DigiFT at industry conferences and networking events
- Coordinate with ecosystem partners for referrals and joint go-to-market efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, finance, economics or a related technical field
- 3–5 years of experience in financial services and/or Web3 (buy-side, sell-side, crypto funds, DeFi, CEX, or Web3 payments)
- Demonstrated ability to drive institutional revenue in crypto or traditional finance
- Familiarity with client onboarding processes (e.g. KYC/AML, account setup, product integration) is a strong advantage
- Strong existing network of institutional or professional investors preferred
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex financial/crypto concepts for a range of stakeholders
- Comfortable switching between technical and commercial conversations
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred
- Based in either Singapore or Hong Kong
