Account Manager (XR, Digital Twin, AI)

(Open to Technical Account Managers, Solutions Consultants, and Presales/Sales Engineers with hands-on technology evaluation and project delivery experience - not just Project Managers.)

About the Company

Our client is a digital transformation agency driving large-scale adoption of emerging technologies across major sectors, partnering with both government and industry players. They're hiring a Senior Manager to lead strategic projects in XR, Digital Twin, and AI/GenAI.

Role & Responsibilities

This role owns strategic technology projects from ecosystem scoping through technical evaluation to scaled commercial adoption, focused on XR, Digital Twin, and AI/GenAI. You'll work directly with tech providers, system integrators, and research institutes, driving both technical assessment and stakeholder execution.

• Drive early adoption of XR, Digital Twin, and AI/GenAI across public and private sectors
• Identify gaps between technology users and providers, and build initiatives that close them at scale
• Lead technical evaluations of emerging technologies, assessing capabilities and building networks with providers, integrators, and research institutes
• Own project management of use-case deployments, including budget, monitoring, and enhancement recommendations
• Define commercialization and scale-up strategies for successful pilots
• Shape communications and marketing efforts to build market awareness and adoption
• Lead technical/implementation analysis across discovery workshops and solution architecture discussions
• Author playbooks guiding enterprises on deploying emerging technologies

Requirements

• Prior experience managing ICT projects, with strong end-to-end project management skills
• Solid technical grounding in XR, Digital Twin, and/or AI/GenAI
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
• Working knowledge of the landscape and challenges facing tech providers and adopters
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
