Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive People Operations & Talent Coordinator (3/6 Months Contract) to support both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations activities in Singapore.
This role will play an important part in ensuring a smooth candidate and employee experience by providing administrative and operational support across the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment coordination and onboarding to employee data management and HR administration.

What would be your Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment coordination, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities, including document collection, reference checks, and new hire arrangements.
- Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and other employment-related letters.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure candidate information is accurately updated in the system.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal activities to foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
- Support daily office administration tasks, including office supplies management, vendor coordination, and facilities maintenance
- Support work pass administration, including Employment Pass and Dependant Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations where applicable.
- Perform ad hoc administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned to support the team'
What we Require from you:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or office administration. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
